Please Note: After you submit the form below and your swim lesson schedule and pricing have been confirmed, you will receive a formal agreement outlining your lesson schedule, fees, and due dates. This agreement serves as a record for both parties and ensures clear expectations regarding your lessons. Please allow up to three business days for scheduling and confirmation of your requested lesson times.
